RETURN POLICY

      - Due to the impact of COVID-19, some returns may experience longer lead times for processing.
      - For gifts, the receiver/returner must know the Order number or the Purchaser's name and must have been purchased through the site.
      - If the gift receiver would like store credit instead of a refund to the original form of payment, that arrangement must be made with our Customer Service Team. Please contact us.
      - The site will charge a return shipping fee on all authorized returns. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our pre-addressed label.
ELIGIBLE READY MADE ITEMS
      Most ready made items purchased from the net can be returned within a few days. Please refer to our Holiday policy above for specific details and exclusions. Custom products and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment or store credit if preferred. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags. Because we want you to love your ready made bag, we don't charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
      However, we do charge a return shipping fee on all returns, which will be deducted from your eligible return refund or store credit.

      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
